Obtained after
a long soaking of the fruit. This wine has
been 6 months in a large barrel and the rest
of time in a bottle. |
| CHARACTERISITICS:
Smooth and full-bodied,
well-balanced in taste, purple and red cherry
tones, great bouquet with sensations of agricultural
fruits. Excellent for having with meats, cheeses
of middle cure, stews and rices. |

Between 16º and 18º of temperature.
